Organizers are amending the 2018 Painkiller Cup relay race to instead finish at Sandy Cay. Then, before the start of the mini-Painkiller Cup, we will ask participants in both the relay and mini-Painkiller Cups to donate some time to clean the trail that winds across Sandy Cay. The island is a BVI national park and assisting in the post-storm clean-up of the trail would be a great community service. Organizers will supply tools needed for the cleanup. Relay racers may join in the mini-Painkiller Cup (but they can’t win the prizes).
Saturday, January 20th, 2018 – HIHO Shop, Trellis Bay
At the HIHO shop in Trellis Bay. There is no need for Mini-Painkiller Cup competitors to come to Trellis Bay.
(though we reserve the right to change this)
Timed to start as the lead teams pass Sandy Cay.
